  • La Chapelle d’Abondance local shuttle bus service
Free shuttle buses run throughout the day from one point to another in the village of La Chapelle d’Abondance, providing access to the ski areas (throughout the winter season). They make the following return journey: Les Plagnes – Crêt-Béni – Église – Office de tourisme (chef-lieu) – Les Thoules – La Panthiaz – La Ville du Nant – Centre Sportif. Winter season only. See the communal shuttle timetable during the holidays
  • Special shuttle service to Châtel:
Due to the closure of the Pré-la-Joux road (following a landslide) and in order to relieve traffic congestion in Châtel, additional shuttle services have been introduced. They run as follows: La Panthiaz cable car –> Châtel place de l’église –> Châtel Vonnes (terminus stop at the departure of the Gabelou and Portes du Soleil chairlifts).
Round trip / Every 30 minutes from 8am to 6pm (every hour between 12pm and 2pm) / Free of charge

The Trans’Abondance Ski is a free shuttle service for groups of children staying in Abondance. It runs from the Christmas holidays to the end of March, depending on demand. The destinations served, from the accommodation, are:

And what about the lake?

You can also get to the lakeside by bus on route 10.

A real asset to the region, it’s easy to get from Publier to Saint-Gingolph.
