The tourist information office is at your disposal for all information about the resort-village and its surrounding villages in the Evian-Vallée d'Abondance region and neighboring Switzerland.
The tourist information office in La Chapelle d'Abondance has access for people with reduced mobility, with wheelchair-friendly doors that are 89 cm wide. There are disabled toilets and a lift. Information is easy to read and understand, and staff are on hand to assist people with reduced mobility.
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome.
