Every year the national day ends beautifully with a firework display from a barge on Lake Geneva. The town's lights are extinguished to give pride of place to the magic of the pyrotechnical colours in the Evian sky.

Program: 10am: Parade in the city (rue Nationale, avenue Jean-Léger, place du Port). Ceremony at the war memorials, laying of wreath and speech by Ms. Josiane LEI, Mayor of Evian. 21h-23h30: cruise aboard the boat La Savoie 10:30 PM: Fireworks on the lake, facing the Casino.
