Essert Abondance ski area In the heart of an exceptional panorama, in a wild and authentic setting, the Abondance ski area and its 17 km of pistes, which range in altitude from 950 m to 1730 m, offer all the joys of skiing to beginners and experienced skiers alike.
The village resort of Abondance has a ski area accessible by gondola from the village centre. The area is ideal for families: from green runs to black runs, there’s something for everyone! The different areas of the resort – the beginners’ area, the Lac, the Corne, Fremoux and l’Ecuelle – offer splendid panoramic views and runs for all abilities.
Ideal for beginners, the Essert ski area in Abondance and the Ludoffaz snow front in the heart of the village offer pistes designed for beginners and those just starting out.

They can help you progress technically at your own pace. They can also help you discover the Essert or Portes du Soleil ski areas. He’ll share his passion for the area with you in a friendly atmosphere.
