Serenity and Heritage: Your Morning Yoga Sessions in the Heart of the Abbey This summer, Abondance Abbey invites you to enjoy a unique sensory experience where well-being meets history. Every Friday in July and August at 9.30 am, the abbey’s orchard is transformed into a haven of peace dedicated to reconnection. Start your day in the soft morning light, whilst the cool Alpine air still descends from the surrounding peaks. Against the backdrop of this listed monument’s centuries-old architecture, you will be guided through a yoga session designed to harmonise body and mind. The garden offers a perfect setting to let go and cultivate inner peace. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or a curious beginner, this outdoor practice allows you to soak up a special energy unique to places steeped in history. It’s an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply and ground yourself in the present, amidst an exceptional setting that naturally inspires meditation.
