Claude and his team will be delighted to welcome you to an exceptional setting, wooded and modern, where they rigorously perpetuate the great traditions of French cuisine in the preparation of their sauces. And it's with audacity that our chef likes to enhance his dishes with a touch of the exotic.

Thanks to his know-how and his attachment to "homemade" cooking, he has rightly become a Maître Restaurateur and has been elected a Disciple of Escoffier. Drawing on the benefits of local produce, his menu reflects his cuisine, reinventing itself with each season in our Haute-Savoie restaurant. Like the succulent mille-feuille of beef fillet with boletus when the first mushrooms appear.
