The principle: 1 hour, 1 theme, 1 tasting. The pastry chef creates their pastry masterpiece based on the theme, drawing on sight, taste and smell. The pianist enhances it with their musical touch and, of course, sound! Each pastry creation can be tasted by the audience while listening to the piano pieces.
Mercotte will host this five-senses marathon, interviewing the pastry chefs as they present their creations from a technical and taste perspective, while also giving a live demonstration of how they are assembled !
