L'Escale Gourmande

Since 2023, l'Escale Gourmande has been the gastronomic meeting place in the heart of Lake Geneva, showcasing local produce and artisan skills between lake and mountains. Over a spring weekend, the commune of Neuvecelle in Haute-Savoie invites all food lovers to come and meet the artisans of taste, producers and chefs who make the local terroir shine. It's an event on a human scale, warm, festive and committed to promoting an authentic culinary heritage in a unique natural environment. Some thirty artisans are expected to take part in the market, which will be dedicated to promoting local products and producers committed to quality and good taste. On stage, a dozen chefs from the region and neighbouring Switzerland will share their passion and creativity in recipe demonstrations, featuring eggs and Abondance AOP cheese. For this 2026 edition, Pierre Reure will be our special guest. Through his dishes, he revisits flavors with a modern twist, while honoring the authenticity of the products. During the event, the chef will share his culinary universe through demonstrations, meetings and exchanges with the public. It's a great opportunity to discover his vision of gastronomy and to experience a gourmet immersion in the heart of the terroir.
