Enjoy the magnificent setting of Lake Plagnes and its surrounding mountains whilst using the cross-country and Nordic skiing 5 km loop, it’s free and groomed.
During the school vacations, our instructors invite you to discover Nordic skiing in individual or group lessons. The Lac des Plagnes Nordic ski area offers a free, groomed loop for skating or classic cross-country skiing. Snowshoe trekking, ski touring and dog sledding are all available from the lake.

- Take the direction of the center of the village of Abondance and then the direction of Lac des Plagnes on the left. Located 10 minutes from the center of the village by car. In winter, the road can be frozen and snowed in, so bring chains or snow tires.
