Apnée Léman offers everyone the opportunity to discover and practice freediving, from beginners to advanced freestylers. From May to September, the school welcomes you at the nautical center of Evian to progress through regular outings, between discovery of the lake and oneself.

Thanks to the small groups, you will benefit from an open ear and special attention during the sessions. An ideal companion to ask your questions, discover apnea diving and make progress. The courses can be done in French, English and Spanish.
Other activities proposed: cold management, apnea under ice, team building, initiation shooting targetanks to our small groups, you'll benefit from being listened to and given special attention during your sessions. It's the ideal way to ask questions, discover freediving and make progress.
