Join the La Bise des Vents ensemble to enjoy beautiful pieces by Haydn and his contemporaries, which bring the string and wind sections together in a dialogue featuring the clarinet and the flute.
Saturday 25 July 2026 at 8pm, immerse yourself in a timeless evening within the majestic setting of the cloister at Abondance Abbey.
As part of the ‘Du vent dans l'Abbaye’ festival, the La Bise des Vents association invites you to an enchanting interlude dedicated to chamber music.
Let yourself be carried away by the grace and elegance of the works of Joseph Haydn and his contemporaries. This concert highlights the richness of musical dialogue: a subtle and harmonious encounter where the warmth of the strings blends with the liveliness of the winds.
The flute and the clarinet, the true guests of honour, will weave delicate melodic threads, offering the audience a unique acoustic experience within the historic setting of the cloister.
It gets chilly in the evenings, so make sure you dress appropriately
