Apnée Léman ensures that everyone has their own preparation time in the dry (stretching, meditation, warm-up, mental preparation...), as well as their own practice time in the water (sessions of up to 2h00 depending on the number of people).
Thanks to small groups, you'll benefit from special attention and attention during your sessions. It's the ideal way to ask questions, discover freediving and make progress.
