Located in the Morge valley between Savoie and Valais, this protected area is the wildest part of the Dent d'Oche Massif.
Every summer, for centuries, herds of cattle have climbed here... Cows, heifers and goats graze at altitudes between 1200 and 1900 m on the fragrant grass that gives cheeses and butter their unforgettable flavor.
For us, making mountains is a passion, of course, but it's also a very modern choice: a guarantee of difference and authenticity for our products, of diversity and responsibility for our landscape. It's in these places that we rediscover the meaning and place of being a farmer.
But also a place of history, resistance and contraband.
