While all our village resorts are authentic and on a human scale, each has its own identity. Thollon-les-Mémises offers slopes with a breathtaking view of Lake Geneva. Abondance? It’s the typical charm of a high Savoyard village, with the first pistes just 300m away. Bernex, with its Dent d’Oche, joins the previous two to form the vast Leman Mountains Explore area. And then, not far away, La Chapelle d’Abondance gives you access to the Portes du Soleil, the largest cross-border ski area in the world!

Abondance ski area

In the heart of an exceptional panorama, in a wild and authentic setting, enjoy 17 km of runs at altitudes of between 950 and 1730 metres!

The resort of Abondance is also part of the gigantic Portes du Soleil ski area. It is also part of the Montagnes d’Évian ski area.

Bernex is an authentic family resort in the heart of the Chablais massif. It offers a marvellous skiing area with 22 runs (4 black, 9 red, 5 blue and 3 green) and a dozen ski lifts to ensure maximum pleasure!

La Chapelle d'Abondance ski area

The La Chapelle d’Abondance ski area comprises 2 ski sectors: Braitaz and Crêt-Béni. They have a total of 25 runs, 2 boardercrosses, 1 fun run and 1 toboggan run.

They are accessible with a single lift pass that includes all the lifts in the 2 sectors, plus the Conche and Dieu des Têtes lifts in the Torgon ski area in Switzerland (linked from Braitaz).

Before you set off on your day’s skiing, make sure you have the right equipment for the job. If you need to, you can find our rental providers right here.

Leave with peace of mind

If you’re a beginner, before you set off on your day’s skiing, we recommend that you get some advice from theESF(French ski school) about taking a few ski lessons.

The weather

Before jumping on the chairlift, check the weather conditions and avalanche risk to avoid any danger.
