The Starting-Block project was born from a desire to create a meeting place around a rich cultural program, mixing the arts, for a wide audience.
It is also an opportunity to revive a former movie theater in order to encourage artistic creation through residencies.
The program is articulated as follows: one concert per month, one comedy show per month, about two cinema sessions per month, shows for young audiences and exhibitions throughout the year.
