These gentle rides are designed for families with young children, even if they are portaged.
With all your senses alert, set off on a mountain adventure, observing, smelling, touching, tasting and listening to nature. Young mothers and pregnant women are welcome, even without rehabilitation.
The outings are supervised by Bertille, a mountain leader and young mother, with training in maternity sports and nature activities for the very young.
Level: Easy. Light walker.

Practical information :
Bring weather-appropriate clothing, walking shoes, water, a snack and a rucksack for the little ones.
