Discovery visit, organized as part of the Com' les Pros operation, in partnership with the Communauté de Communes du Pays d'Évian - Vallée d'Abondance (CCPEVA). This local event aims to promote the region's know-how and businesses.
These events are an opportunity for our visitors to plunge into the world of artisanal coffee, discover our workshop, gain a better understanding of the industry as a whole and chat with our roaster, Emmanuel Schaller, about his passion - not forgetting the tasting of coffees with unique aromas.
We'd be delighted to welcome you on one of these visits, to share our approach and, why not, inspire a topic around our local gourmet heritage.
About Montagne Cafés®: Montagne Cafés® is a young artisan roastery located in the heart of the Vallée d'Abondance, Haute-Savoie. With a mission to specialize in specialty coffees, it uses organic and fair-trade beans, passionately roasted at an altitude of 1,000 meters, in a unique natural setting.
This tour includes :
- A presentation of our artisanal roasting process
- Discovery of the different stages in the roasting process
- A discussion on the origin of our coffees, their traceability and our commitment to sustainable development
- Commented tasting of our freshly roasted coffees
- Direct sales on site: coffee beans or ground coffee, according to your preferences.
The visit may be cancelled if the minimum number of 4 participants is not reached.
In this case, you will be informed at least 2 days before the scheduled date, and offered an alternative or a full refund.
You can cancel free of charge up to 2 days before the date of the tour.
